PRINCE SALMAN BIN ABDULAZIZ CHOSEN AS CROWN PRINCE AND APPOINTED DEPUTY PREMIER AND MINISTER OF DEFENSE
Jeddah, Rajab 28, 1433, Jun 18, 2012, SPA — Following the demise of Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has chosen Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the current Minister of Defense, as Crown Prince and appointed him Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, a royal order said today.
The royal order also said the concerned authorities were instructed to act accordingly with immediate effect.

The royal order also said the concerned authorities were instructed to act accordingly with immediate effect.
